Presbyterian Hospital of Allen has expanded to meet the needs of this high-growth region with the addition of a second 60,000 square foot, three-story medical office building and a 35,000 square foot hospital expansion. The hospital expansion doubled the number of beds, adding eight intensive care beds, a Level II nursery and enhanced diagnostic services. The hospital provides state-of-the-art ambulatory care and surgical services, women's services, diagnostic services, and emergency care. They own an adjacent 21-acre tract for future expansion. Residents have access to excellent medical care with five hospitals within a ten mile radius from Allen. A variety of health and medical services are readily available - dentists, chiropractors to physical therapy and convenient care clinics.
